The trick is to sort of keep a schedule... 6 months ago

    ... I think.

Whoa, it’s been a long time since I was here last. I remembered though and came back, revamped my goals and places and stuff, so it’s now more or less up-to-date with what I’m currently aiming for etc.

So onto the Livejournal thing. I really do want to post daily, so this past almost-week I’ve been making it a habit to post every night, when the day is over, so I usually have one or two things to say about my day, about fandom things, or something random I want to share.

I think that if I keep to a schedule of sorts, or a routine if you wish, that will lead to the fulfillment of this goal. When the day is over, and I’m checking emails and stuff before bed, go to LJ and post an entry about the day’s events. (And also snap a picture on Dailybooth, since that’s a little quicker to do too ;D)

Let’s see how this goes. XD

    I don’t like it.

I write in it before I go to bed almost every night. It helps me get things out instead of bottleing them up and it helps because my friends get to know me better. it’s hard for me to open up to them and this is one way around that i guess. i’m glad i did this and i will continue to do this, most definatly.

    huh 2 years ago

i was writing everyday and i should at least sometimes but i don’t NEED to write everyday, it’s not sometime i need to fret over or anything but i’ll still try and work on this i guess

I have 2 livejournals; one for people I know in real life and the second is comprised of people I only know online. Since the first are old co-workers that I haven’t really ever hung out with I don’t tend to journal there much. However, strangely, at times I feel closer to my blogging buddies than I do to people I know in real life. Maybe its because I can talk about almost anything with them without worry about offending or gossip getting around. I try not to say much about my partner, because he’s so wonderful and there is a chance he could find the entries. I still haven’t started writing daily though. I could really use to work on my tryping speed and wouldn’t that be a fantastic way to improve the clickty clickty?

I’ve changed my client settings to default to private posts so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to change it.
I used writing in my journal to great effect the other day. It helped me come to some good personal realazations and sowing someone what I wrote helped them to understand what I was dealing with.
I think this will be good incentive for me to use it more regularly.

Livejournal is not my cup of tea anymore, it lacks a certain something. It’s just very simple and not very fun anymore.

I use wordpress now, they host it and it’s a private journal rather than a public one. It’s liberating though, blogging everyday. Others may not want to be your audience so who is a better audience than yourself.

forgetting forgotten memories 3 years ago

ive been writing in my livejournal daily for the past three years, sometimes you forget and get umotivated but when you are sitting down watching tv, start back-updating. Last night, I updated the past five days from what I could remember. Its always nice to see what happened even a month ago that you forgot ;)

A small goal. 3 years ago

This goal is easily achievable. It’s just finding the time and remembering is the hard part.

I want to be able to look back on the past and be able to read daily updates. It might come in handy.

    Lets see how this goes.
