After all the (girly) pushups at bootcamp yesterday, I’m kinda surprised my shoulders survived this!
Exhaustion test: 8
I think that means I need to be doing week 2 again, but now following the middle column. So here goes:

Does that mean I didn’t push myself hard enough on the exhaustion test? I dunno, but I’m exhausted now :)

Been too long since I’ve done this. Luckily the Pump & BodyAttack push-up tracks have meant I kept up with where I was on this goal. I’ll admit I left a lot longer than 120s between each set though (I was using this as a study break). Oh well!!!

I did week 1 day 2 last week and wrote an entry but somehow it disappeared!
Haven’t done any more program since then but I’ve done a pushup track in BodyAttack/Pump which I’ve been doing every day anyway!! Girly ones though of course!
