How I did it: This one's been on my 'list' since I was a teenager and, with another birthday coming up, I decided to tentatively suggest it to a couple of friends who were coming to visit for my birthday weekend. Think I secretly hoped they wouldn't say 'yes' but one said a hesitant but definite 'yes' and before I knew it we were booking and then paying and then up in a tiny plane and then (somewhat sooner than I'd expected) free falling from 14000ft towards the ground at 200km per hour! How I did it: I just wanted to do something different and there was a place for skydiving in my town so I booked a date and went. It felt like floating in water and the feeling you get when you are standing on the edge getting ready to jump is like how you feel on the tip of a diving board, excieted antisipation! Me and Alina are going on June 27. I called and paid for us so our spots are reserved. I’m soo excited! I can’t believe it’s finally happening… I’m also ganna have them videotape the whole thing and that’s an extra $100 so all together it’s $300 per person but oh well…it’ll be worth it :-D
