Thanks to the medicines my doctor prescribed, I am feeling much better now. But I would say that is the just the start—better health requires more endeavors than just taking medicines. The following tips will help me better protect my stomach:
1. Again, never smoking
2. Very seldom drinking
3. Having meals on time
4. Stick to the new bedtime
5. Not over-eating
6. Keep away from negative emotions 10 months ago

Was wheezy and had a persistent cough, had difficulty swallowing. Dr. thought it was an allergy, and prescribed antihistamines (which I didn’t take!) and a nasal spray (which I did!)Went on holiday to Italy where symptoms got worse and I thought I was choking to death. Was prescribed antibiotics for a “throat infection” I didn’t really have! Lump in throat and feeling of constriction. Woke every morning at 3am wanting to throw up. Very scary. Came home and went straight to A & E where I was told to go to ENT next day. 3am thought I was going to die, so went back to hospital. Didn’t die! Later, was seen by nurse practitioner who diagnosed acid reflux. 2 days later my symptoms have lessened thanks to Omeprazole.Still coughing but loads better. 10 months ago
