climb to base camp at Mt. Everest

Been here and dont remember much take diamox for altitude sickness!!! It is not as clean in the spring summer months from my trip but a friend went in early spring and the snow covers a lot!

I was quite bad and I pushed through to get there then just fell down the mountain like a rag doll until I was at a lower altitude and could stand and walk again (lots of bruises).

Lost weight going up. Put it on again when I got down :(
