How to learn how to bike

How I did it: Since I really need to have a bike now (I moved to another city and takes too much time to go by bus) I bought a second hand bike, and started practicing with some friends. It doesn't take too much time, I didn't practiced more than 1 hour every day. The most important thing is to convince yourself that you have to learn, because then you will practice until you like it, and then you won't stop!! And don't worry about falling or bruises, it feels really good when realizing that you already learn! Lessons & tips: Try to learn with some friends around you that can cheer you up and try to buy a cheap second hand bike. |
