throw more parties

Still the partner issue, jeez, but I’m getting more jerkish and defensive of my liberties now, after the last few years. Onto the back burner with this goal till we get some stability after the move to the UK, a house to invite people to, and until I get some friends to invite!

meanwhile I’ve seriously improved in the cooking department, guess that’s a bonus that will help later.

it’s not really me. I find it hard to be happy in some social situations and it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Had a BBQ for my boyfriend’s birthday which was fun. It was really sunny and hot, and the food was good. Too many people for our small garden though!

Now that I have my own house it will be so much easier to socialise. 1st party coming up soon: joint New Years Eve/housewarming party. I can’t wait!

To do:
Throw a dinner party.
Have a Q/A night with my friends.
Plan a retreat.
Mafia night.
Costume party.

I’ve had 0 parties…or even visits by more than 2 people at a time…since I moved out 5 years ago. Has something to do with my other half!
