be a lady

Recently I was told several times that I always hold my chin when I sit there outside the house. My grandma says that looks not very nice, seems like a decadent. She is a little right. I only considered the comfortable feeling, in fact I have to consider the good posture at the same time.
Well, I will remind myself of getting that bad habbit away.

Lady means woman of good manners and dignified behavior. That’s what I found in the dictionary.
Lady doesn’t mean not to lose her temper forever.
Lady can be social.
Lady is polite to the people being worth treating politely.
Lady repects others and get respect from others.
Lady has ladylike speech.
A real lady is to be social,charming, of best posture…
Most important is to have an adult thought first.

I try so hard…every week I say “I’ll start on Monday”, then I forget again. No matter how hard I try, usually when Im wearing a light coloured blouse or pants, I tend to mess whatever I’m eating on it!!!Seriously, I think Im cursed!!!I want to know the whole etiquette(if thats how you spell it) thing, the secret lady rules to things like putting lipstick on in public and silly stuff like that. I yawn in public too…usually by the time I realize its happening it feels way too good to stop.So I’m officially starting on Monday. Til then…

this goal might be good for other people. but i am alreasy restrained enough. maybe i’ll come back to this one day.

i didn’t have any “lady” role models. and i let go of lady like mannerisms a long time ago. it’s really hard to start back up again and i hardly know where to begin. it’s kind-of a back-burner goal for me sinse so many of my other goals are very important for my well-being and future. but i would like to be a lady. it will just have to be gradual. like a really really long cocoon period.

But what does this mean in the C21st? Any ideas?
