Okay, for lunch I had leftovers from last night’s dinner: cube steak and gravy over yellow rice. I did 1/2 servings, and I didn’t eat the veggies today (string beans) because someone told me that there’s a lot of salt in canned veggies. Anyway, it’s 4:24 now, and by about 4:00 I was ready to either die or kill someone, so I went to the store and got some peanuts and rasins, which should hold me till dinner!

This is the first day that I’ve SERIOUSLY sworn off “junk food”. For breakfast, I had oatmeal (cinnamon flavored), coffee with creamer and no sugar, and a bottle of water.
