Maybe laser will correct my eye sight and remove the stain on my cheek….

I was worried it would be painful. But I tried it anyway. There is mild discomfort while it is being done. Sort of like a rubber band snapped against your skin. By the time I left the facility I was fine. I started out with my underarms & upper lip to see how my body would respond. I have only had 2 of my 6 sessions and I would say I have already had about a 70% reduction in hair growth on my under arms and 50% on my upper lip. I had no adverse reactions. If there is a down side, it would be that I can totally see getting addicted to it.
I will get laser hair removal! I come from a family of hairy women… and I hate waxing and shaving.
I had my upper lip which wasn’t very hairy but a little dark. My armpits need shaved daily & they get irritated from shaving that much. I can see a difference already! My pits rezally hurt though! Next winter, I plan on doing my bikini line.
Coming from a family of women who all pluck-the-chins, I saved up $500 and am finishing the 6 session commitment of laser hair removal next month. I love the results and recommend it for places that embarrass you or inconvenience you. Not sure I’d want it over a huge space, like legs, because it is a bit uncomfortable, but not bad at all…Good luck! Go for it!
chin and top lip. is it really than painful? I thought laser was a lot less painful that electrolysis!
anyway- I can take the pain! I have dental sugery awake and without aneasthetic!
I like to think I have a high threshold for pain, but this was excrutiating. It certainly depends on which area you’re having it done on though. You have to go a number of times before the hair stops growing in, I went once and I’m terrified of going again. Under my arms was fine, but I did the bikini area too and THAT was not fun.
