i am 15 5’7,5’’ weigh 145.2lb and would like to get down to 132lb – that means losing 13lb. I would also like to tone up on my abs and thighs.

Haha Like all I ate was rice today.
At the end of the day I gave in and had ice cream!

I am currently 5’7 and weigh 158 pounds wich isn’t too bad.
It isn’t that I want to look better but want to live a healthier life.
My main problem is snacking all the time. Whenever I have nothing to do I find myself eating junk food and it definitly cotributes to me gaining weight.
I also would like to start runnin more this summer. I am on the track team at school and have been given a work out to follow for nest year but haven’t strarted yet!
All in all I would like to lose 13 pounds by considering these things and weigh 145.
