pour a molded cobblestone patio over the dirt in my back yard

so, i’ve been in my house since March 2007. there’s been a 15×18 bare patch of compacted sandy soil under a very large pinoak. so, i FINALLY decided that i needed to aerate it (something had to work?)

during my aeration – i discovered about 20 10×15 paving bricks laying about 3 inches under the surface. a few blisters and muscle strains later – and I’ve harvested the paving stones and preped the ground for pouring the patio.

i WILL have a beautiful back yard…someday
