i started school and have to be there at 8 and got a new job that makes me not be able to take naps so ive been going to bed earlier and waking up earlier… today no work till 3 and my body made me wake at 8:45… WAY early for me… gonna give it a few months until i mark this goal as completed!



Discovery: 11 months ago

The earlier I go to sleep, the earlier I naturally wake up. The problem isn’t waking up, it’s going to sleep.

for the past 3 mornings i have been waking up before 11!!! thats really early for me!

but no one else in the world does….
so here to waking up at 10 am…. for a whole month in a row (think i’ll start next month o.0)

i usuallly get to bed late in d evening…so its kinda tiring to get up early in d morning….everytime i take some effort to get up soon,only to be break d rules d next day…but it high time i got serious on dis matter

Yes, I’m still getting up earlier!! I think this habit might stick. I love having a little extra time and being able to ease into my morning instead of being thrown into it. I will not mark this off my list yet though. I have to prove to myself that this will become a routine.



I have been working on this 2 years ago

I’m now getting up 18 minutes earlier. Every week I tweek the clock and get up a few minutes earlier than the week before. Thus the 18 minutes. I’ve been doing this ever since Jan 2nd. so hopefully I’ll be able to stick with it. I can already see a difference, the morning is not quite as rushed. I also managed to eat a quick Nutri-Grain bar for breakfast!

about said sleeping problem. He thinks it’s anxiety!(Me Anxious??!!) Anyway, he’s probably right. So he gave me this med, to help me get to sleep. It really works great. I get a good night’s sleep and I fall asleep within 30 minutes of laying down. The only problem is the med makes me very groggy in the morning. I’m having a harder time waking up now than I was before. I don’t know if this goal will ever come to fruition. I’m leaving it up here on the off chance that something changes and I finally get up earlier. I hear that once you get old, you get up early every morning. Maybe in another 40 years I can check this off my list. Ha Ha Ha.



This goal is going down 3 years ago

the tubes fast!! I can’t sleep at night and then I want to sleep in during the morning. I go to the Dr’s next week to see if they can figure out why I have such bad insomnia. Until I can go to sleep at a decent time, this goal is toast. I’m officially putting it on hold.
