I have started Phase III. And this last phase I am going to reverse the order of workouts. I noticed that the end of the week tends to absorb free time, causing disruptions and a lower level motivation just when I need a stronger thrust to push through. I will start off with the tougher ones…the cardio ones and yoga that take so much of me. I am excited to finish strong and take those “post-90-day” photos.
What’s next – a review and setting another set of goals. :))))

Today I have started Phase II of the program! I am celebrating the 30 days of consistent work and can state:
- that I feel more energetic
- I have not been moody
- I rewarded myself – with a new yoga mat, little gifts, etc.
- I did not waste time explaining and convincing anyone – just did what I felt was important. :)
- Noticed that yoga stretched my way of viewing excercise the most this month, but I see progress. :)

Done with week two of the training and loving it! :)
The toughest part for me is still getting those 7 portions of protein..this is unusual for me, but I am “doing my best and forgetting the rest” ;)

...impressions?
- Yoga turned out to be the toughest one this week. The class is a power class, which i did not expect. Plus, it lasted for 1,5 hours :) I did it late in the day and it was tough. :) But oh, so good.
- Weight classes were good and I enjoyed the competitive side of marking your reps and weight…for future reference.
- I do hope to do the stretching one tomorrow to prep nicely for the next week.
All-in-all: I am very excited.

Plyometrics was it today. :)
Really enjoyed it, but notice that I work harder in the afternoons, but I really like the way I get going after a workout – that energy stays all day.
I really want to stick it through the whole thing and what I like is the fact that day 90 is not the end :)))
