Still being a total fat kid. I did better today than before though. I only went a teensy bit overboard. Haha. I made Cinnamon Dolce whipped cream and ate a bunch of it, and I had a soy white mocha, and then I ate some pasties I sampled out (tiny bite size pieces though…) and I also experimented with Gold Coast Blend to see what it tasted like with soy milk, half and half, and various syrups and some raw sugars, then I sampled some tea with honey….

I have GOT to stop drinking stuff from Starbucks. No more Frappuccinos, no more whipped cream, no more caramel. Not even soy sugar-free caramel machiattos. No more. Black coffee and raw sugars only.

This really isn’t very hard, seeing as how I barely have time to eat considering my work schedule. Just something small in the morning, a sugar-free red bull, a low calorie soup or salad for lunch, a low calorie protein bar as a snack, and fruit or a salad for dinner with water to drink all throughout the day. 3 years ago
