I published my 5th item! It’s a paper I wrote for a biology class about Greenland’s ecosystem.
How I did it: I submitted a couple of things I had written previously and also wrote about things that interested me. I made sure to include sources in articles that needed them. You can resubmit if they turn you down the first time, which I had to do when my sources weren't included in the proper way.
Lessons & tips: Be sure and include your sources in an obvious way if you have them. Look at the calls for ideas, even if you choose not to submit work for them specifically. Write more often than I did. Heh.

I published again today! It’s an article about investing for your retirement while you’re young called “Am I Too Young to Invest?” It’s about Roth IRAs and isn’t very long but is hopefully helpful. Let me know what you think.

I had a poem called Precipice published! I don’t often write poetry (see my other 43Things goals for why, heh) but I was pretty proud of this.

I started writing an entry for one of my other goals and wound up getting so in depth that it became a whole article on the subject. So I submitted it and yay they published it! I’ve submitted a couple other things too; I don’t know how long it will be before I hear back about those.
