XxAlmost_AngelxX is Starting
I started reading the book in August after my sister finished reading it. I’ve seen the movies and the book is good too, but is so many pages and I barely have time. I’m hoping to finish it before the year is over.
How I did it: I wanted to read the Novel before I saw the movie. It took me 3 days to read the entire novel...It's better than The Da vinci Code.Mostly I read late at night until dawn. It's 6:30 AM and now I can finally sleep.
Lessons & tips: Keep reading... You'll find it interesting.
Resources: Book - Dan Brown's Angels and Demons.

Having read Da VInci Code before it became big business ie the film and talked about on just about every art programme. I decoded the clues all the way through to the same destination as the characters. Brilliant book I thought the time. True genius.
Trouble is, like with the chap that wrote Watership Down, big business took a good book and consumerised it. After that, all Richard Adams’ other books just didn’t seem to match up. Going for the shock factor in Shardik, methinks.
Thus Angels & Demons falls at the same fence, read in one evening I just couldn’t summon up the enthusiasm for the book without hearing the statements, quips, suggestions from the press, tv, etc.
Maybe if I’d read A&D when first published, might have made a difference.
I hate to be all “high-brow” but really, Dan Brown’s books are kind of cheap thrills!! They try a bit to hard to change the world…they are just more conspiracy theories. ;)
Really interesting so far.
I try putting it down at the end of a chapter, but the way he ends each chapter makes it SO hard to put it down.
Easiest ‘Thing’ on my list ever.
i read this in the seventh grade and it was one of the most amazing books ever. pretty graphic at parts, but not unbearable. wow… its giving me shivers thinking about it. go read it!
