Thanks to the kind folks at 43things I’ve compiled this list:
Afrikaans: Ek is lief vir jou
Arabic: ana behebok
Cantonese: Ngo oi ney
French: Je t’aime
German: Ich liebe dich
Greek: S’ ayapo
Italian: Ti amo
Latvian: Es tevi mīlu
Mandarin: Wo ai ni
Portugese: Eu te amo!
I cannot believe I forget how to say this in spanish…in Albanian though, it’s “Te Dua” said like tuh DOa…that can be both casual and in a relationship, but “im in love with you” kind of love is an entirely different overly complicated word that I will never learn how to say…hopefully my husband will understand more than Albanian.
