No soda for almost a week! I never thought I’d make it, but I did. Feeling really good about this.

How I did it: I did it by forgetting about soda. Really, if you pretend its not there, then you order something else...or even just get water!! It's free!!Also, if you ever try a good chilled glass of guava juice, you will never go back to soda. ever.I also thought about what I hear about certain sweeteners they use...like aspartame, which a carcinogen!! I'm trying to quit smoking, cos I dont want to get cancer...so why would I want to put other carcin… Read how I did it…

much harder than I thought it would be. The more I try to tell myself that I can’t have a Coke, the more I want it. I was doing really well this week, but earlier today, I succumbed to my sugar craving and had a Coke. My only excuse is I may be PMSing, hence the sugar craving.
Next week, I’ll do better.

Let’s just say that Coke isn’t getting a huge chunk of my money anymore. I never realized that this is so hard to do. But I’ve been drinking lots of water. And everytime I find myself craving soda, I just drink fruit juice instead. Which I think is way better. If I can keep this up for a month, I’m considering it done.

I’m going to slowly start weaning myself away from drinking soda. I’ll see if I can do this for the whole week without regressing.
