Backtracking a little bit here.
I was browsing through my files when I saw this picture. It never fails to make me laugh! I took this last year when we went to China last December. I was admiring the old buildings. And I was thinking that it probably looked how it did 100 years ago.
Then I saw the ubiquitous McDonald’s sign.

I’m going to start with Thailand. I want to be able to set foot there by early December. And then, I’m going to sign up for those Thai Food cooking lessons. That’s gonna be interesting. As of now, here’s a checklist of the things I need to do:
1. Save money for my trip.
2. Renew my passport. (Expiring this September)
3. Search the Internet for reputable establishments offering Thai cooking lessons.
4. Look for a place to stay.
6. Make necessary bookings.
I can’t wait!
