Catch a fairy

fairies are little tricksters. They can easily be offended…do you REALLY want capture them and tick them off? They have been known to harm humans (one type of fairy i think,the red cap or bloody cap Kaboutermannekin, Fir Larrig in some langauges, has been known to kill its own kind and kill humans along with eating their own kind and humans. Only way to get him to disappear is to either read a scripture or have a cross) and contact is NEVER advised when you’re talking about the harming ones.
Also capturing one can sever ANY bond you had with the wee folk. Instead of trying to catch a fairy, try to leave food and water for them, show respect and try to talk to them. (talk outloud alot, even if you’re alone…you never know who is listening) Also go out alot and try to go into a forest, nature, or park and try to find some. That way you can make a bond isnt of destory a bond. (having garden does help attract them)

I would never want to catch a fairy that would be cruel but I would love to befriend one

I’ve studied traps and such, and have learned that the love the smell of coffee, but not so much the taste. I also know that the only material they cant got through with magic is dried plants w/ salt. they are attracted to sweets, and they avoid silk, salt, and running water. I have used all of that to try to catch one, but all I got was a photo (from cam in trap). I guess dried the plants w/ salt theory has been proven wrong…. if any suggestions E-mail me. ( I have attached my pic)
