    wow. sleep really changes everything... 15 months ago

    i have been waking up at 7am! the last several days
    and it makes me feel good

    and now i am way tired by 8…instead of 4am =]

    I am HORRIBLE with this goal!

    I can’t ever seem to go to bed until after midnight…

    my current time that I have been going to sleep has been around two every night…with the occasional three and four…

    which leaves me waking up at noonish every day…which sucks.

    so I want to change my sleep schedule SO bad

    I am going to wake up before 9 everyday no matter what.

    my personal goal

    go to bed most nights by midnight and wake up around 8:30 every morning from now on

    special nights out won’t count towards this goal though…waking up early after staying out all night parting isn’t really all too fabulous ;)
