Rabbits are the best. You need to do your research though. They’re almost as expensive as owning a large bird and way harder to take care of than a cat/dog. No matter how patient you are with them, you may never be able to hold them. But you will get nose bumps and binkys to make up for it. Also, they will destroy your things if you leave them out.

I have eight! You can just have two 22 months ago

Mine are ALL trained, use litterboxes, know their names, and are TOTALLY different people with personalities and habits and quirks and attitudes.
They can live up to 10-12 years even.
Bigger responsibility than most people think, but WELL worth it. Incredible sensitive, caring animals that will kiss back.
    Yay for you!
I suggest gettin tow that are bonded or bonding them, they get lonely and are totally very social animals, they will STILL adore you if they are married.
Research bonding, you can’t just throw two together they often have to pick each other :)
    Yay for you!

This is my bunny 2 years ago

Here are a couple of pics (that my sister took with her fancy-shmancy digital camera) of Sug-sug (Sugar) in the flower garden last summer. She was going to enter one of them in some “cute pets” photo contest.

Having a house rabbit is so much fun. She’s completely litter box trained, and is meticulous about using it. Bunnies are the silliest animals, and have such an expressive sense of humor! If Sug doesn’t like what’s going on she will express her disapproval with a loud stomp or two. When she’s really happy and relaxed she’ll run furiously around the house doing binkies (youtube this, it’s hysterical!), get tired, flop down and kick her legs out behind her, wherever she happens to be. She also chases the cat if he goes in the room that her cage is in. They make the best pets, especially if you have a bunny-proof home for them to explore.
