So I am not that crazy right? ;) at least there are 14 other people who also want to do this. I am a native Chinese speaker (traditional characters!) and I also speak English (moved to the U.S. at 11). This is my fifth year taking French and I just started Arabic this semester. I am going to study abroad in both France and an Arabic-speaking country. I took 2 years of Spanish in high school and I am studying that by myself right now. I am also studying Japanese by myself. I can read a lot of Spanish and Japanese but I can’t really produce sentences. As for Russian… I did memorize all the Russian alphabet when I was 14 but now I forget them all. Perhaps I should start on Russian soon :)

I want to be able to communicate conversationally in these languages, maybe not so much in Arabic, but where I live in Helsinki, the other 5 are very important, especially Russian and Chinese.
