WarriorsHeart is forging the future.
I’ve done this once or twice in the past. I’d like to do it more.
Am I the only one who feels like sleeping is a huge waste of time? The time could be spent so much more productively. Well, maybe this is a way.
I remember that I solved the computer game Myst in my sleep. Long time ago.
I’ve done it by accident a few times… But its something I’d really like to experience with regularity.
I was feeling very alert in my dream and I had this nagging feeling like I was dreaming but everything seemed so real and “normal” so I told myself to reach out and touch something to see if I could feel it. I’m not sure what really happened then but I was still convinced that I had to be awake and that I couldn’t be dreaming! Then I needed to relieve myself and I just told myself to hold it.. just in case it was a dream, and then just in case I really needed to go to the toilet I tried really hard to wake myself up. It didn’t work because I already felt so alert in this altered state that I just didn’t know how to wake myself up.
Anyway the point of this goal is to lucid dream so I’ve got to think what I want to dream about.
My problem is that most lucid dreaming techniques involving waking up then thinking something as you fall back asleep. Thing is, once I’ve woken up, it takes me ages to get back to sleep. I can’t hold things in my head for that long. Anyone got any ideas?
Thank you!
i sort of lost inerest in this, but at one point i was an avid lucid dreamer. if i had to give one tip it would be write down your dreams everyday as soon as you wake up.
