How I did it: Pretty simple really.
Call my friend Lizzie, ask if she wants to come; set a date, dig up £7 for the exhibition I wanted to see, and head out to London.
What took the five months was plucking up the courage to call her. But I am SO glad I did, we had a really good time and the exhibits were beautiful.
