It’s been about five years since I started having these things daily. I’m currently off OTC medication, as per my neurologist’s request, though it is very, very difficult to get through the daily routine. Exercise helps. So does fighting with people (physical fights, not arguments). Peppermint oil helps (when applied topically). Moist heat helps, as does a heating pad. Sunglasses are necessary for going outside during the day, and earplugs are required for most nighttime things where there are excitable, loud people. 14 months ago
