Get a breast augmentation

during the breast augmentation I would like to have my lips done as well, that way I wont have to deal with a needle going in my lips while I am awake

I went online to DoctorsSayYes.net and read about financing for this , they want $2300 from me then it would be 137$ a month for I believe a couple years with 17% interest
The total cost for everything was around 5 or 6 grand

So I am feeling pretty crappy right now, about a lot of different things actually. Mostly the way I look, and I am probably feeling this was in part because of other things going on in my life. I just want to change myself totally. I would like to get into shape for starters, perfect shape, toned, but skinny. I want to give up crap food all together. Have perfect skin, achieved by seeing the dermatologist, getting a good skin care system, no picking what so ever, get some peels done to get rid of acne scars, and use a brightening cream to lighten freckles. Get my teeth whitened. grow my hair out and get it dyed and highlighted. Learn how to get that big “sexy” hair you see people on tv with. Get a boob job deff. this is something I really really want. Lip injections. new clothes, new makeup, and that leads to another thing I would like to take makeup application lessons. Alls this seems very shallow and probably unimportant to most, but these are all things I want to do or achieve. So where to begin, well I would say start at getting into shape, then once that is achieved just move down the list. I am sure getting into the shape I would like to be will take a long while…..... this is all just rambling I know …..

Yes I know its very vain and superficial but I have always hated my breasts,because I dont have any!! I am tired of the smallest push up bras not doing a thing for me.I am a petite and somewhat thin-ish woman and I think that going one cup size up would make me feel better about myself.Oh hell its just something that Ive always wanted to do so if I can save the money and have it done then why not?

So this will probably never happen… Maybe in a few years, but it just seems like something else will always come up that would take any money that I could use towards this.
Maybe if I clean up my credit I could get it financed I have heard about that alot lately.
There is a contest on a local radio station that is giving away 13 breast augmentations, you can either enter a 300 or less words entry or a 3 minutes or less video explaining why you deserve one of the augmentations. It has to be creative and catchy, I just dont know what to do, does anyone have any ideas?????
