Breyfart2 is being Breyfart
I know, I still havent made an appointment with the dentist. When things get a little less hectic here I will.
How I did it: I don't know why this took so long, but I feel much more confident now. I just made an appointment and went in and got it done. I still have some more follow up work to do, but what I was worried about has been fixed.

I now have better insurance and I took out my tongue ring so hopefully with the two of them I can get my teeth fixed
This is the one thing that stops me from doing everthing else. At least in my mind. It makes me so self-conscious. I was saving money to get it done but when I got laid off it had to go for other bills.
My teeth arent awful, or atleast i didnt think they were until a trip to the orthodontist at 15. She pointed out that i have crowding, a crecsent bite, and that they could just be better. I was supposed to get braces at 15 but money got tight but now im getting them this spring, at age 17! FOR THREE YEARS THEY WILL HAVE TO BE ON. How awful. I hope the pain and teasing is worth a perfect smile.
Tomorrow I have an appointment scheduled for a cleaning and to file down some teeth on the bottom to make them look straighter. Then I will be happy with my teeth and am going to get a whitener kit for them. I am very nervous about it. They usually end up hurting me when I get them cleaned and I hate the sound of that pick scraping away. ugh

Is there a dentist who arranges payment plans? Some of my issues might require oral surgery, it’s going to be expensive.
And done. Woo. Braces gone. It feels strange when people ask to see my teeth, I’m immediately nervous cause I’m so used to something metallic being in there. But there isn’t!
I had two of my four wisdom teeth removed last week. Probably sometime this winter I’ll have the top two removed as well.
I had a year and a half of Orthognathic treatment, over four years of braces/retainers, and now the wisdom teeth are all that I need to get fixed. Can’t wait until all this treatment for my teeth’s all over! :D

I was at my dentist´s today again – for the professional teeth cleaning -> and got another four appointments for September and October to get my guts reapired.
Today my teeth look quite nice, almost shining :-))
Accomplished so far:
- go to health insurance for their financial support agreement
- get a professional teeth cleaning and check-through
still to go …
- get the crown for my implantant in August (already have two appointments)
- check on the two teeth, whose roots might be inflammed, in order to get a resection for them
- get a new crown for my back tooth in sector 4
- get my guts repaired (already have four appointments)

The last time I was at a dentist was just before high school graduation, 15 years ago. My first cavities ever in my life appeared in that visit’s X-rays. And then my mother’s health insurance canceled me due to graduating. And then my wisdom teeth dropped and impacted all the others. And now, half my teeth are chipping down to nothing due to cavities, and I’ve sweated through a few abcesses. Buying my own insurance would be useless because they don’t cover pre-existing conditions. What to do, what to do….
