I was doing so well with this a while ago but then I let things get in the way and just stopped. I want to make the time for myself again to do at least 2 miles a day. I don’t know what it is about Leslie Sansone, but she is so motivating – normally perky people like her annoy me, but for some reason she keeps me going through the whole workout!

Have to get back into my WATP been behind on my walking but, love Leslie she’s cool. I started off with the 1 miles and work my way up to the 5 miles. I started doing 15 miles a week something I need to get back into. Cheer me back into the groove of things.:)
i have now spread the leslie sansone gospel to campers across texas… and to the united kingdom! studying abroad… and i brought leslie with me. yaaaay.
i still love walking away the pounds. it’s so effective and feels like such a good work out but it’s not too hard on my body. perfect work out!
I LOVE doing these tapes! I lost 10 lbs last summer doing them, and my goal for August this year is to complete 52 miles AND lose as much as I can!
walk away the pounds is a workout program designed by leslie sansone. you walk in place, indoors, with a video. you walk, do sidesteps, kickbacks, kicks, kneelifts, and arm movements. it’s pretty much the most amazing workout program i’ve ever done. i lost between 15 and 20 pounds when i was 16 doing this. i’d like to do it again.
