I have medication as well. I am BAD about not taking it. Must do better
How to take my vitamins everyday
How I did it: To avoid getting sick and missing out on my classes and other activities at school, I made sure to get bottles of multivitamins and vitamin C before school started to keep my immunities up and to make sure I get the nutrients that dorm food may lack. I keep the bottles in plain sight with my moisturizer which reminds me to take them every morning as a part of my morning routine.
Lessons & tips: Put your vitamins somewhere you will see them frequently, reminding you to take them.

My vitamin organizer has arrived and it’s perfect. It’s a tray with 7 small organizers (for each day) that you can take out and easily put in your purse, each case has 4 compartments listed as supper, bedtime, lunch, and breakfast. This thing is great, I have my vitamins and some back up emergency pills organized for allergies/headaches. I’ve been taking my vitamins regularly now. Woohoo!

I forgot to take them for two days now, no good. Still waiting for my organizer to arrive.

I almost forgot to take my vitamins today, and it’s only day 2, if not for having this site open I would not have taken them… can’t wait till my pill organizer arrives.

Have these worked for anyone? I’m sure it has since there’s so many to choose from. I found this great site with all these organizers http://www.forgettingthepill.com/vorganizers.html I think I may order one so I know I always have my vitamins with me when I’m traveling.

2 Lysine & a Multivitamin. Just 3 pills and so hard to do consistently. I’m going to try what others have, making it a part of a routine I already have, like brushing my teeth. Maybe I need one of those vitamin/pill week organizers?
I had to give up on this goal because when I took vitamins, I almost vomited right afterwards. It seriously upset my stomach. It feels like I’m allergic or something. Oh well. I’m still healthy.
I have better skin and better energy, no more huge mood swings. I take (a lot of) fish oil, 1 zinc, 1 multivitamin and 1 magnesium daily.

I have been taking prenatal vitamins 3 times a day to prepare for a (fingers crossed) eventual pregnancy. It’s now just a part of my daily routine and it helps me drink all of my water too. A double bonus.
