How I did it: I'm never going to finish this goal, but it's already a habit. Some days it's hard to find good things, sometimes I can find a lot more than five. But there will always be many good things that happen every day that we usually take for granted, but this goal helps us see those things.
Lessons & tips: Try get used to doing it at a certain time of the day, like every night when you brush your teeth, and that way you won't forget.
