I saw this building – very small frontage, 3 floors – and so cute. :) I’d like something like that – a lot cheaper hehe but still very nice. And the interior will be modern contemporary, perfect for my studio – yup id like that.. :)

1st floor for rent, second for my studio and third for me :D
