So this morning I took those foot pads that suck the toxins out of your body through your feet off and low and behold they were BLACK! ICK! But I guess ick in a good way. I woke up feeling happy and that was even before I ingested any coffee.
I thought it was just a scam but I am going to keep using um and see how I feel in a week. Those holistic healers might be onto something here. 4 years ago

So I was browsing CVS this evening looking in the vitamin section and they had buy one get one free so I got two bottles of Vitamin D in 1000mg pills. So I am going to start taking those tomorrow in combination with my multi vitamin and I also picked up those foot pad things that suck the toxins out of your feet. I know it sounds weird but I actually have them on right now and you wear them over night.
I’m excited to see how black they’ll be in the morning, I think I have quiet a few toxins in me at the moment. Anything to help make myself feel better is a okay with me! 4 years ago

So I’m thinking about which vitamins I’m probably lacking even though I take a multi-vitamin every day and this is what I’ve come up with; vitamin D, vitamin C and vitamin B. Now I just have to figure out how many mgs I should take of each.
Vitamin D and C I’m thinking at least 1,000 mgs a day but I’m not too certain about the B. That might warrant a call to my GP to get an amount. I don’t want to end up making myself sick taking vitamins!! 4 years ago
