Pretty good so far... 5 months ago

I’m thin but I have wanted to tone my stomach for a while now, and what better time to do that than summer?! It has been ten days since I started doing crunches and my stomach feels flatter. Out of the ten days, I missed three, so I have only done crunches for a total of seven days. I’m off to a good start.

I haven’t been counting the number of crunches that I do each time. Instead, I do various crunches until I “feel the burn” and then push myself to do just a few more. I make sure to do crunches once during the day but sometimes I will do some in the morning and some during the evening. My method seems to be working so far, even with the three random days off! Just gotta keep it up!

I forgot yesterday, but I did 10 every day for maybe a week before that. Putting it on my to-do list and crossing it off every day should help that. I’ll go up to 15 next week, and keep raising by five until I get to a respectable amount (I haven’t decided what that will be just yet.)

Not yesterday sadly but today i did a TON. i had to break it up into sections because I can only do about 50 consecutively but still… go me!

I actually had a pretty good rhythmn going a few months ago…but I somehow ended up stopping and now I want to get back into it…I had been up to doing nearly 50, but now i have to start from the beginning and work my way back up…

I’m just not doing this with any kind of consistency. and every day = every day. So taking this off for now, until I rediscover the commitment to, uh, abs.

again, been slacking…you would think it’d be easy to do…..but i just don’t do it….and it’s also made me think of how eays it could be to lie…if i were the type of person to lie online….i always wondered why people did that, especially online! i actually think it’s easier to tell the truth online…but everyone else says it’s easier to lie.
anyways so yeah, i’m a total slacker…:)
but i do resolve to do my crunches today….how bout before i start to wiat for the bus? so by 12 noon, i will have done my crunches.

have not been doing the crunches, but i will tonight before i go to bed. i’m in an industrious mood tonight, i’m getting things done. i had an upsetting day today at DHS, but i will overcome :)
