hey i dunno if im in the right place here but anyway whats wrong with having big thighs??? im a lad and ive allways been skinny! i put weight on once but the only part of me that grew ws my belly! i looked like a pot bellied pig!
sorry if i offend any1 but i think big thighs on a girl is well HOT. dunno why they just are! i think its called being curvy, which is a good thing! how cn i put weight on in my thighs?
How to tone my thighs
How I did it: I drastically changed my diet, eliminating all the greasy foods I used to eat. I started eating a diet of primarily fruits, veggies and lean protein. I started my day off with a fruit smoothie, had a big salad for lunch, and either a salad or chicken/fish with veggies for lunch. I snack on a lot of fruit and nuts throughout the day. I also allowed myself to eat things if I had a craving. If I wanted fried chicken, I ate it. Just not a lot. Same thing with desserts.
I also vowed to NOT use elevators or escalators unless there were no stairs, or if I had too many things in my hands or was just too tired. That helped a lot. I made sure to walk at least 20 minutes a day, and I do yoga for 30 minutes or so each day. That's it! I actually dropped my gym membership because I prefer working out at home.
Lessons & tips: Give it time and DO NOT USE A SCALE! Rely on your pants or measuring tape to track your progress. I was a chronic scale abuser (I'm talking getting on the scale at least 5x a day), so this was difficult. But now I just use my body to let me know what I should adjust.

I just want to wear a bikini and feel that I atleast look decent..if I dont feel I look atleast decent..I loose all confidence! I try to do as much exercise as I can and do not eat unhealthy..but its so unfair that all my friends have perfectly toned legs and all they do is complain that there not perfect enough..I would die to have legs like theirs! Lookin at picture of me growing up I have never been a tiny person and this is just how my body is and I need to accept that…but its so difficult to accept that so many other people do not do any exercise and eat whatevvvver they want and still have perfectly toned bodies! soooo jealous !!
Woo, 15 minutes on the lateral thigh trainer and I burned 120 calories! Hopefully i should see SOME difference in my thighs eventually!
I read this blog post about the Arasys spa treatment that sounds great but may be a bunch of hooey. I’m always hesitant to shell out my hard earned money at day spas unless I know the treatments are good. Does anyone know anything about this procedure?
I know there are no shortcuts to good health and all that but time is precious and this would be sooo nice. OK and I’m a little lazy too ;-)

So, I’m a runner, but no matter how much I run, nothing really changes my big thigh size. So what’s the trick?
So, I want to cut down on my thigh size. Any ideas on the most efficient ways? I run all the time, but I guess that doesn’t target my thighs. I’d like to look good in a bathing suit by the time summer comes around.
I’m going to try that. It’s simple, and you can do it anywhere. I worked out a while ago. Most of my thighs are now muscle, but they’re still elephant-like. I hope squating does the trick!
