I voluntarily went to bed at 8 p.m. I couldn’t believe it!
I wasn’t necissarily tired but there was nothing interesting to do so I decided to just get into bed and think about things and before I knew it I was asleep
and now I’m awake at nine in the morning!! WOAH!

Coming out of the holidays, i had to start getting up earlier which meant the amount of sleep I got was much less, and therefore discovered that i was tired earlier
Plus having the internet shut off by my family members at a certain time has helped

This is kinda true and what I mean by catches the worm is worms taste like crap…... I am not a early A.M. Person I perfer to lay in bed with my wife till 12pm….

The last few nights I have been going to bed before mid-night the other night I woke up at 5:30am and felt like had had 10 hours of sleep… Well that’s that.

I think I remember reading in a college textbook that as far as the brain is concerned, going to bed at a consistent time is more important than waking up at a cosistent time. So if you need more sleep thats not a problem as long as you go to bed at the same time every night.
