i tried to do as many as i could today and i only got to about 3 and then had to take a break, i did another 3 but still…there was a girl doing at least 20 on the bosu ball…that’s where i should be!!

i did bodypump yesterday and i did 5 really solid pushups and then 25 knee ones.

getting better, i did 5 today and i felt like i could have done more but i wouldn’t have been as accurate!

i went on sunday and i did 2 pushups as part of my chest workout. it was a start! i also did 30 ‘girl’ pushups but i’m sure i’ll get better as the weeks pass!

but i’ll go there tomorrow and my workout will end with striving for 3 perfect pushups
