    I’ve realised I don’t need to pursue happiness. I am happy. I appreciate the little things in life and I appreciate the big things in life and I’m happy and contented and satisfied. Pursuit no longer required.

    I set aside…no I GRABBED, a few hours today and ran more than 13 miles. After every mile, I walked for 25 second. I repeated this 13x. I really enjoyed it. I was happy as I cruised along. Sure, my legs got sore by the time I completed 10 miles, but I really felt alive. :)
