I went to see this a couple of months ago and really enjoyed it. I laughed none stop all the way through and it must be one of the funniest films I have ever seen. I just couldn’t stop laughing because it was so funny and I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD so I can watch it again.

I was really excited when I heard about this film because I was lucky enough to see the musical version last year.

When I saw the trailer for it, it looked amazing but I thought that Meryl Streep looked too old to play the part of Donna. Donna is about 40-45 and Merly looked too old in the trailer but I thought I’d see the film anyway.

I went to see the film 3 days after it came out and it was really good. The outside shots on the Greek Island are stunning and make me want to visit there one day.

The songs are good but the actors aren’t the best singers possible which is a little disappointing because when you see the show live everyone sings live and they can really sing so to go to the film and have actors in it that can barely sing or are tone deaf isn’t a good thing.

I was singing and tapping my feet to the music though and was really into it but Meryl really is too old to play the part so casting her was wrong when there are a lot of Hollywood acresses out there who have the right look for that role….it was a let down in that respect.

But all in all it was a good film and I am glad that I went to see it and I will buy the DVD when it comes out and I already own the soundtrack although I am disappointed to find out the lead vocals on the CD have too quiet so I can barely hear them but maybe that’s the mask their weak and out of tune vocals.

I am a big Will Smith fan so when this movie came out I had to go and see it. Normally I rarely go to the cinema but after hearing about this movie, and not wanting to wait until it came out on DVD, I made sure I went to see it the day after it came out.

It was AMAZING!! It wasn’t what I expected it to be. I thought it would be comedy all the way through but it wasn’t. It also had a much darker side to it as well as a sad side to it so not only did it make me laugh but it made me cry too (at the end). It had a few twist and turns that I didn’t expect which made this movie truly amazing.

I will be getting this as soon as it released on DVD!!
