So far so good I guess. Considerign nothing worked til this month. shrugs
It’s not easy. But I’m doing it. While keeping my goals to myself. It’s annoying to have to explain that your heavy weight is someones light weight and your light weight IS ok and DR approved and not even close to anorexic because you are HALF A FOOT or more shorter then that person and have a more slender build. durrrrrrrrrr.

well I finaly figured out something that can work for me.

It’s worth it I know it is, I’mnot asking for much, just to look toned and not have extra fat I don’t need. I have the muscle, I can feel it. Arg. _
Doing curves now. Their advanced workout. You aren’t supposed to do it more then 3 times a week. I can see why. I can barly do it 3 times a week. XD

I just know that if i could Lose all this extra unnessary fat I would be looking good. XD I’d love that. It HAS to happen this year!
Ok so this is more about losing extra body fat that iI realllllly don’t need then about losing actual weight. Sure I have an idea weight in mind, and its within my weight range given to me by my DR. But I don’t really care about that as much as I do about looking how I want to and being truly comfortable with my body.
I will try to at LEAST exercise 5x a week.
I will eat healthier, not that I eat bad now but I can improve on it. Ie: no fried foods. ever. Eat a lot more veggies and fruits.
A lifelong goal, one where I seem to take two steps back for every step forward. Regular exercise and healthy eating—that’s the key, right? But when will I finally use the key to unlock my (healthy) future?
