I have loss twenty one pounds so far. WoooHooo! About five or so more pounds to go and I’ll be good. Trying to get an incredibly toned and flat tummy.

the difference 16 months ago

sometimes it needs to be repeated when the head is THICK LIKE BRICK that the difference between dreaming and achieving is action. For example, getting off this chair and taking the dog for a walk. Nice idea and all but, again, the difference is actually 1.) getting up 2.) stepping away from the computer, and 3.) going for the G-damned walk!
Ahh, simplicity. What a paradox! Now wouldn’t I feel good if I did such a thing! (It all starts getting very interesting when you start getting sarcastic with YOURSELF!)

i’m the diet donkey, hee haw hee haw… la, la, la…

it’s taken me five weeks to lose 4.5 pounds. (but, at least I’m losing, yea, yea, I know, think positive.) It’s still an accomplishment [sigh] albeit slow going. I think I’ll jump for joy when it’s a whole five pounds! I just have to lose five MORE before September. And, btw, that is way under my goal expectations for September! But, seeing as I am how I am. I’ll try to be realistic!

I have tried endless diets that fail after maybe losing 10lbs. I really need to get these thirty lbs off. Im 67 in. and weigh 160. Any advice is welcomed.

I lost three the first week and I’m hopeful that I at least lose one more this week. I wasn’t especially good about recording my food though. I really hate doing it and yet it really does help make me aware of what I’m eating. I was really out of control before. bagels, cheese, ice cream, heavy meals, a lot of shit. I’m eating more vegetables and fruit finally and started drinking more water. But, its only week two and I can’t expect to change all my bad habits yesterday-though I wish I could.

...a commitment!

i joined weight watchers tonight. yes, indeed. it was sobering. so this is what i will be writing about. get ready for the regular, lackluster ramblings of all my cravings, ingestions and micro mass fat burning. of course the juicy stuff will take some getting to. but, i hope to deliver!

Okay, not thirty days—thirty weeks! I have approximately that much time to lose the weight by my birthday. One pound a week seems doable. “Seems” being the operative word! But, two pounds a week would be better and that would get me a checked off the list by… hmmmm…. mid September. Not bad, it’ll take some harder work of course. and if i could do two-pounds a week that would mean 15 by…. hmmmm…. mid July. Also, not bad!
And if I do this it would likely mean that I ate more vegetables(#17), less sugar(#13), drank more water(#14) and went to the gym(#10)! More checks off the list!!!

I’ve been slacking here lately. It’s like, I eat so well in the morning and for lunch, but dinner, I totally blow it! And it’s not even that I eat a bad dinner, I just eat random bad shit like fudge and chips and salsa and sweet tea. Ugh. Plus, I’ve been really busy at work or going to a concert or something with Daddy here lately that I haven’t been to the gym since Tuesday. Oops. I need some more motivation, despite weighing two lbs. less today on the scales.

No pain, no gain! 18 months ago

This is a work-in-progress goal! I’ve already been working on the healthy eating and going to the gym thing for about two weeks. I was doing REALLY well and now, these past couple of days have left me feeling like complete crap for eating too much or not exercising enough. It’s still a goal that I hope to accomplish by my 20th birthday, which is July 9th.
