learn not to let small peoples insecure insults hurt me

Im not against constructive criticism, but
last weekend I spent at my old friend’s house with his old friends
..and thats exactly what was happening ...insulting..
and, I ..was doing good, I didnt give a shit to what they were saying.
I m so much better anyways.
I think Im doing veeeerrry good

I know that in my head, but in practice it’s sometimes harder.

I just wish that the majority of this hurt didn’t come from my family. Aren’t families supposed to be supportive? In an ideal world, maybe. But I’d guess that this kind of situation is by no means unknown to many of you.
