Unfortunately it’s spring now.. so it will take some time I’ll be able to do this.

My first snowball fight was sooo much fun !
papergirl thinks it's a magical day.
I almost lost my camera!
Some may say I lost…but hey it was not a fair fight, three against one… Ha! I’d do it again, something tells me it wouldn’t be quite the same. :)
how can you not have a winter season with out at least one snowball to the back of someones head?
The one that specifically stands out is I remember totally getting creamed and being down in the snow by some of the younger neighborhood brats. I remember being so mad at myself that these punks got the better of me because I was bigger and older. I guess it was a lesson learned to never underestimate your opponents.
tknight is t'done t'day
... then there are all the variations…
The garage door spring loaded catapult arm (mounted to a radio flyer wagon, it held prepared iceballs even if it was hard to drag through the snow, I never DID get the sled skids on it)...
Did I mention if you take a hard packed snowball made up with a gravel piece for a center that is sprayed with water and then stored in the freezer it is harder than a ‘made’ snowball…?
Alison and I went to the Fridge to go tobogganing with Curt and AnnMarie, and a snowball fight commenced on our way back up the hill. Initially, each significant other took on the other, but then it became couple vs. couple.
Lots of fun! We called a tie because we knew all those involved were too stubborn to admit defeat.
I live in Alaska. We have hardly any snow.
Meanwhile, in Minnesota, there have been blizzards all week.
did this on Mt Kosckiuzko in one of the last remaining snow drifts in october, it was pretty fun but the snow was really old and hard so it hurt quite a bit. Wish it snowed where i lived so i could make a snow fort and stuff like that.
This is one of those things that someone who’s grown up in a year-round sunny climate chooses. Its not that I haven’t gone to the snow. Its just the usually there wasn’t enough of it or it was too powdery or there was no one to throw them at.
Hoping my winter trip with friends will solve this.
