have my own apartment

My boyfriend is already saving up to buy a house once he’s out of college. I’d love to live with him several years from now, but it’s early in the game to be thinking of that. I’ll have a little practice living on my own when I go to college next year, but even if I do end up moving in with my boyfriend and living with him, I’d like to prove that I can support myself a bit first. Plus, I’d feel more comfortable with my own little space, suited to my few but important needs such as space for my writing supplies, music, and books.

k i hadn’t been on in a long time because i fell off my diet which was the main thing i wanted to track or accomplish here. then i didn’t have internet for a sec becauuuuuuuuuuse… i got a new place and i was trying to wait a month before hooking it up so i could see what my bills looked like before choosing the cable and internet package. anyway i got the place. couldn’t wait a month without cable or internet though =o) its a beautiful apartment and i moved in may as i wished. mission accomplished!

Eventually I will live by myself…as soon as I can stomach the cost! Perhaps during grad school?

Technically, I have my own apartment now since I’m living on my own here in Singapore with my boyfriend. I guess what I mean by this goal is to buy my own apartment…and this goal will take quite some time before I get to it. First, I need to figure out where I want to settle down. Then, it’ll be a matter of having enough money to buy one. This goal isn’t a priority for the moment.

Well, living in a hostel has been really nice, with all the noise, the fun and good times that roll by each day. But its about time i guess, cos’ i’d like to have my own appartment and live with just the right amount of mess… :D Of course m gonna hate cooking tho’. But i guess it’d be worth it…

pretty self explanatory i think

well, my roommates and i are moving next week. i just can’t afford to live on my own, but we found a 3 bedroom for a pretty sweet price. so, here’s hoping having our own space alleviates some of the stress and strain of 3 women in one living space. i’m looking forward to it.

My friend and I signed the lease today, and we movie in June 1st! My very own off-campus apartment, complete with monthly rent, electricity, and Internet bills… I can see it now! I think it will be an interesting year.

My friend has never lived on her own before, and she is worried about everything. There is cream carpeting in the apartment, and she is absolutely convinced that somehow we are going to destroy it. If she had it her way, we could eat nothing but white food/clear liquids for the next year. Not kidding. She actually had the nerve to tell me I am not allowed to eat spaghetti in our apartment. (sigh) Oh well, she’ll learn.

In the meantime, I think I’ll invest in some good stain spray.

went apartment shopping w/ the future roomie

I want to be moved in to a place by may 1st but if that can’t happen… July 1st the latest. May 1st is for a last minute deadline that I am HOPING to make. If I don’t make that deadline, I am taking another 2 months so I can save up more of a cushion.
