Some of these goals are intended to help me work through specific tasks that are time restricted. I have a tendency to procrastinate and am not that great at planning and preparing. So I’m hoping that by breaking things down and putting time constraints on myself will help me in the long run.
But some of my other goals are aspects of my life that I have come to realize I want to change. I think that these type of things are more habit breaking, or habit building. So, I will consider them complete once I feel that I have developed myself enough to maintain them if I remove it from my list of goals. Also, having this space to organize myself helps me to visualize and understand what I want to change about myself and what I need to work on.
