Four months minimum of intense physical therapy, a hard brace for four months, then a soft brace for another two, both worn 24 hours a day.
UGH.
All for a teeny tiny stress fracture in my mid back.
It’ll be worth it though.

I’ve had back pain for years, partially due to mild scoliosis, and sometimes it’s so bad I can’t get up. And I’m only 15, although I feel like I’m 60.
I’ve gone to the chiropractor many times, I used to go twice a week. I did physical therapy for months. Massage therapy [which I despise and will never opt to do again]
Nothing worked.
I’m going into a back specialist soon! :]
I’ve been having really bad pains in my lower back. One minute i’ll be fine and all of a sudden it will hurt really bad for a minute or two. I haven’t done anything about it because i thought at first it may just be temporary (i had just gotten back from military training) but it seems to be getting more painful and more often. Also more recently my upper back has been hurting but it seems to only hurt when i turn my neck or lay on my back. Any advice on what this is or what i should do would be appreciated?
I have been in 3 car accidents in a period of 10 years. After my first accident things were never the same. I went to chiropractors for years and went for messages too. Then I found out a friend of mine was helping people get out of pain. Funny thing was I had known him for 3 years without knowing what, or how he did it. I went a had a few sessions with him and now my pain is gone. It worked so well, I have sent him 4 family members and invested and became a partner is his business. 2 years into the business, and it has grown fast. We have helped many people over the internet.
