How I did it: Read many books about mother Theresa and her life history.
Spend lot of times in orphanages and with oldies.
Listening songs and keep in mind always relax.

My town’s red cross unity hasn’t responded any of my emails (it’s been quite a long time). Their website is all mysterious, the email adress is the only contact they share.

I taught first aid classes in elementary schools a while back. I’m now thinking about joining the local disaster action team. Probably not untill this summer though.
