    this goal 13 months ago

    is going to be very difficult to accomplish because
    -i have a rebel side,
    -i don’t like discipline very much although i admit it’s very important
    -regarding self control…it’s not one of my strengths (see smoking)
    Still I challenged myself to accomplish this goal or at least to give it a try.
