Week One down, five weeks to go! I definitely feel a couple of push-ups stronger.

So I did week 1 day 1 last night and I did fairly well….granted I am going to do the 6 weeks with modified push-ups (girl push ups) then re-do the 6 weeks doing regular push-ups! I am really hoping that by the end of the 12 weeks that I use this program I will be very much ready for all the push-ups that I will have to do during basic training!
